New York State Highway Safety Symposiums
The annual New York State Highway Safety Symposium brings together highway safety professionals from across New York State to share, promote, and educate on highway safety initiatives with workshops and presentations covering the most critical issues and best practices from leading experts in traffic safety. Sponsored by the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee, the NYS Association of Traffic Safety Boards and the STOP-DWI Association, Inc.

Walk, Bike, & Roll New York Symposiums
The biennial Walk, Bike, & Roll New York Symposium attracts more than 150 local, state, federal and private agency professionals devoted to building strong communities where people can safely and comfortably walk, bike, and roll. Participants exchange information on the many benefits that vulnerable road user communities offer, such as opportunities for people to be healthy and active, reduced injuries, less traffic congestion and improved air quality and economically viable downtowns where people can walk, bike, and roll.
